Behind this warm and trendy bar, Maxime Potfer from Nice, a figure in French mixology, imagines seasonal creations inspired by Cucina povera. Home-made cocktails, natural wines, filled oil pumps: a joyful, refined and already unmissable address.

• The menu presents 12 evolving cocktails, between homemade syrups, seasonal infusions, and carefully selected spirits.

• We let ourselves be tempted by the refreshing Super Sorbet, composed of Citadelle gin, whole lemon syrup and pine buds, and lemon juice.

• Also on the menu: creative non-alcoholic cocktails, a careful selection of craft beers and natural wines chosen with Fanfan & Loulou, who are looking for great bottles.
