La Javanaise beach, inaugurated in 2023 by a team from the South (Cédric Messina, Hugo Lloris, Jean-Philippe Blondet, Nicolas Peretti, Christian Califano...), offers a hedonistic and warm break in Beaulieu-sur-Mer. An ode to Gainsbourg and its memories, the address combines travel, culture and the Mediterranean. The vegetable decoration is by Carine Costantino, the fresco “Les Ateliers de Lulu”, and the olfactory atmosphere is by Robertet.
Good to know
- The menu, developed with Jean-Philippe Blondet, executive chef of the three-star restaurant Alain Ducasse at The Dorchester in London, finely combines Mediterranean flavors and influences from elsewhere.
- Every day, a festive event to share: Foodfiction movie nights, La Java des Oubliés aperitifs, DJ evenings or live music!
- The delicious La Javanaise room fragrance, designed by Maison Robertet in Grasse, is on sale in the beach shop.
