Bistrot de JAN
-
The new restaurant by South African chef Jan Hendrik van der Westhuizen, Le Bistrot de JAN, opens its doors at the port of Nice, in a cozy atmosphere and a menu inspired by the recipes of French and South African grandmothers. After the opening in 2013 of his restaurant JAN, 1 star in the Michelin guide, the chef is back with a more playful address, an ode to the cuisine of yesteryear, but full of modernity, like a window into his personality. This is how Jan Hendrik imagined his new bistro, in his city of heart, Nice.
