Les Mimosas du Cours

Freshly arrived on the mythical Cours Saleya in Nice, on the site of the cult restaurant “La Camargue”, the favorite of Alain Delon, Paul Newman or Romy Schneider, the new brasserie “Les Mimosas du Cours”, by Guillaume Huntziger, a Parisian restaurateur in love with Nice, pays tribute to the culinary heritage of Nice. Pissaladière and Socca get the ball rolling, followed by the unmissable Dumplings from Maison Barale.

• The name of the brewery is dedicated to the emblematic flower of the region, whose lemon color echoes the facades of Cours Saleya, classified as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

• The brasserie offers an experience all day long: morning coffee on the sunny terrace, gourmet break in the afternoon, and socca to take away. As an aperitif, we sip on one of his signature cocktails before sitting down to the table.

• Lucillia Chenel from Nice is the artistic director. With the architects of Studio Lelaz, they are reviving the soul of the place, formerly a fisherman's cabin.
