Since its creation in 2014, the Valérie Delaunay gallery has paid particular attention to drawing and painting. Resolutely committed to the promotion of emerging artists whose work questions through emotion, she develops a sensitive and demanding curatorial line.
The gallery presents the work of artists inviting the rediscovery of the figurative work that has developed since the 1990s. Last June, the gallery presented Temps Croisés, a group exhibition bringing together artists such as Thibaut Huchard, Amélie Barnathan or Sergio Morabito.

The project proposed a contemporary re-reading of the medieval imaginary, between mysticism, popular beliefs and symbolic visions. At the same time, the Valérie Delaunay gallery is very attentive to forging links with the regions. She is thus developing an activity outside the walls, through several artistic collaborations with heritage or natural places in the south-east. This summer, the gallery is very happy with its third collaboration with AMAVIA CAPITAL by presenting several exhibitions in Villefranche-sur-Mer. Also in the south, she curated a solo exhibition by Olivier Lépront at Domaine Deleuze-Rochetin.

It also contributes to the dissemination of its artists in international professional contexts (participation in Drawing Now Art Fair, at the Foire de Paris). True to its mission as a pioneer, Galerie Valérie Delaunay continues its commitment to contemporary creation that is both demanding, accessible and deeply rooted in the issues of our time.
