Founded in 1993 by Salvador Treves (Sassa) and his wife Yolande, joined by their son Samuel in 1997, the Sass' Café is a jet-set hotspot and a nightlife institution on the French Riviera. In a Baroque setting and around the piano bar, we enjoy the Mediterranean cuisine of chef Shahar Dahan, tailor-made cocktails including an exclusive collection of spirits, and we dance all night to the sound of the best DJs and musicians.

- A popular place for celebrities visiting Monaco, it is not uncommon to see them take over the piano or the turntables for improvised and memorable performances.
- Lady Gaga, Sharon Stone, Will Smith or Beyoncé are among the famous customers of Sass' Café.
- Every winter, the Sass' Café installs its pop-up version, the Aluia, in the heart of the Saudi desert, and next spring will open a new address in Bucharest in the sumptuous Corinthia Hotel.
