Between sea and light, the French Riviera cultivates an art of well-being that reflects its image: sunny, demanding, and deeply inspiring. From Nice to Roquebrune, five places embody this new generation of spaces dedicated to body and soul—combining precision of movement, beautiful surroundings, and the quest for balance.
My Time Coaching Nice: tailor-made performance

Opened in March 2024 by Sébastien Barreaud and Alexia Barbarit, former executives in the Paris fashion and sports worlds, My Time Coaching is the first studio in the region to offer the Lagree method, acclaimed by athletes and Hollywood stars. Affiliated with Hyrox, the studio reinvents intensive training: constant tension, deep muscle work, mobility, balance, posture, boosted metabolism—everything is designed to sculpt your body without injury. The coaching is precise and supportive, supervised by an expert and passionate team.
Benefits: sculpted figure, improved posture, reduced back pain, increased concentration.
Jey Dance Pilates: the breath of femininity

A former professional dancer from Nice, Géraldine Chemla spent ten years in Shanghai where she developed her own method of Postpartum Pilates, “The Recovery,” now popular with women around the world. Returning to the French Riviera during the health crisis, she now supports her students with tailor-made classes, either individually or in small groups, with Jey Dance Pilates. A specialist in perineal and post-pregnancy abdominal exercises, she teaches with sensitivity and precision, supported by a dance teacher.
Benefits: postpartum recovery, deep muscle tone, renewed confidence.
Dorothée Marro Wellness: the grace of movement

Journalist and yoga teacher Dorothée Marro embodies the inner elegance that permeates her practices. A classical dancer from a young age, she trained in yoga and yin yoga (550 hours), Boris Kniasef floor barre, Pilates, and sound healing. She teaches an approach to the body that combines breath and dance movements with heart consciousness. Her classes are held in the most beautiful hotels in Nice—Hôtel du Couvent, Aston La Scala, Marriott—as well as outdoors at the Châteaux de Crémat and Nice. She also organizes retreats, workshops, and women's circles throughout the Riviera, and has developed her own methods, including Yoga Ballet and Ballet Barre Yoga, which will soon be taught via an online platform.
Benefits: Graceful silhouette, long dancer's muscles, magnetic and calming energy.
Geko Pilates: the most beautiful view of the Riviera

In Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, former lawyer Célia Hamouda has swapped pleading for posture. Passionate about movement, she founded Geko, a Pilates studio with literally breathtaking views: Monaco Bay, the village of Roquebrune-Cap-Martin, and the sea stretching as far as the eye can see. Trained in the Romana's Pilates method, she offers semi-private classes (maximum four students) that are modern, rhythmic, and joyful. Here, you sweat, you laugh, you push yourself. A demanding yet supportive community of women comes together in an atmosphere that is both intimate and sunny.
Benefits: sculpted body, core strength, energy, confidence.
The Lobby Nice: haute couture wellness

Opened in September 2025 by Chaïmae Khadrouf and Grégoire Demol, The Lobby is Nice's new wellness temple. In a setting inspired by a five-star hotel, visitors come for a complete experience: Hercule Studio exercise mats, embroidered towels, Dyson hair dryers, DAY+ products, Humble+ collagen drinks, matcha lattes, and GojiGoji ginger shots. Two rooms—one dedicated to Pilates Reformer, the other mainly to Hot Yoga—are home to a dozen high-level instructors. The concept: a hotel-style check-in for a total sensory experience where technical excellence meets refinement.
Benefits: energy, detox, vitality.
