In Antibes, behind the ramparts, the Italian and Provençal restaurant Michelangelo, opened in 1992 by Mamo, of Calabrian origin, is one of the most famous restaurants on the Riviera, attracting stars and lovers of Pasta. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed by the bar and its legendary Italian cocktails, the pasta stand, the pizza maker and the Cuccina. The room is decorated with large chandeliers, Italian paintings, and vintage photos. On the menu, a variety of authentic and generous dishes, such as creamy fresh mozzarella from Naples, lamb shoulder perfectly cooked over a wood fire, truffle ravioli, traditional tiramisu or even the breathtaking lemon pie.

Good to know

  • The room is an old wine cellar belonging to Domaine OTT, with its vaulted ceilings, old stones, beams, typical Provençal terracotta and unique works of art that reinforce the feeling of being “at home”.

  • The restaurant is available in Riyadh, Gustavia in Saint-Barthélemy, and in Doha, on Gewan Island.
